The film club of Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam was inaugurated yesterday.
Indian actresses Kalpana and Kalaranjini were special guests at the event. An interactive session was held by Ms. Kalpana, sharing her experience as an actress. She had the audience in splits as she told them of her experiences, all the while having some serious moments as she explained the obstacles she had to overcome.
Among other events, the club also held an exhibition of the paintings of Raja Ravi Varma and a traditional dance performances.
