More than 1,500 guests attended the second day of Gotraayanam, the folklore festival organised by the Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam, in association with the Kerala Folklore Academy.Art forms such as Thottam paattu, Pulluvan Paattu and Kalamezhuthu, Kalari, Margamkali, Kolkali, Nadan Pattu and Velikala were showcased. The audiences thoroughly enjoyed the performances, especially the younger members of the club expressed delight and fascination at learning about these art forms and seeing it as "it was the first time they saw in real life."The festival will conclude today. Starting from 8pm, Chenda melam followed by Pulluvan Paattu, Padayani, Vellikala and Theyyam will be showcased at their premises.
